Gyoza:

250g Minced Meat (beef or pork)
Small Sping Onion

Mix up flour and water, until a straight dough is created.
Then mix the minced meat with small minced spring rolls and add the soy sauce.
Form small balls out of the dough, then roll them out to circles (thickness 2.3mm).
Lay the filling on the dough and make the edge of the dough a little bit wet.
Fold the left Corner, hold your left thumb on it. Take the dough, lay it over your thumb, hold your thumb on it. Do it over and over again, until theres nothing of the dough left.
Then slowly sear them in a pan with oil, until they are brown and crisp underneath.
Give a small amount of water into the pan and put the lid on it. Let it steam.
Then test, if the meat is good enough. Afterwards, mix the soy rauce and rice vinegar.
Dip the Gyoza before you eat them and enjoy them!
